Centre de recherche du château de Versailles
The Groupement d'Intérêt Public - Centre de Recherche du Château de Versailles (GIP-CRCV) (Public Interest Group - Research Centre for the Château of Versailles) is dedicated to research and training on the places and expressions of power as represented at Versailles and in Europe, principally in the 17th and 18th centuries.
Created in October 2006, the GIP-CRCV's activities include:

- documentary resources
Its active founding members are:
- the Ministry of Culture, represented by the Direction des Musées de France
- the Public Establishment of the Château, Museum and National Estate of Versailles
- the town of Versailles
- the University of Paris-Sorbonne
- the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines
Its associate members are:
