Abstract
Launched in 1962, the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) was the spearhead of the modernization of the agricultural sector. Sixty years later, and in the face of global changes, the evolution of this agricultural system appears to be a necessity. By offering a decentered outlook at the law from their respective fields, geography, on the one hand, sociology, on the other, Marion Charbonneau and Delphine Thivet are going back to the meaning of agroecology and the limited place that this alternative agricultural model occupies in the new CAP of 2023-2027.
Entrée en vigueur en 1962, la Politique agricole commune (PAC) a constitué le fer de lance de la modernisation du secteur agricole. Soixante années plus tard, face aux changements globaux, l'évolution de ce système agricole apparait comme une nécessité. En offrant un regard décentré du droit à partir de leurs disciplines respectives, la géographie, d'une part et la sociologie, d'autre part, Marion CHARBONNEAU et Delphine THIVET reviennent sur le sens de l'agroécologie et sur la place limitée que ce modèle agricole alternatif occupe dans la nouvelle PAC de 2023-2027.
