Multi-port characterization of information systems using a de-embedding procedure for IEMI Studies

Résumé

Many studies have shown the sensitivity of information systems to high-power microwaves. The effects of parasitic signals may have a high impact on the security and safety of critical applications since they make them more vulnerable to intentional electromagnetic attacks. It is, therefore, mandatory to estimate the voltages and currents induced at the access points of such systems. In this paper, we propose to build a topological diagram of a computer in order to achieve this task.
