Faut-il en finir avec l'anthropomorphisme ?
Résumé
Should we put an end to anthropomorphism? It is difficult to give a simple answer
to this question, which leads us to examine in depth the thinking about life that has
emerged in literature since the beginning of the 20th century. The ecocritical perspective
adopted here will therefore lead us to take the measure of the sources that have led to
the contemporary renewal of the way of considering the relationship between human
language and the “dumb” world.
Faut-il en finir avec l’anthropomorphisme ? Il apparaît difficile de
répondre de manière simple à cette question qui conduit à interroger en
profondeur la pensée du vivant qui se fait jour à travers la littérature depuis
le début du xx e siècle. La perspective écocritique adoptée ici conduira donc
à prendre la mesure des sources qui ont mené au renouveau contemporain
de la manière d’envisager les rapports entre langage humain et monde
« muet ».
