EN) The present invention relates to an optical device containing an anisotropic probe and operating in transmissivity or in anisotropic reflectivity by being combined with the detection of molecules by localized surface plasmon resonance. This obviates the need for full spectrum measurements and allows to operate with a monochromatic light source.
