WO3 anodic films in organic medium for electrochromic display devices

Résumé

hin WO3 films, grown by anodic oxidation of tungsten, show excellent electrochromic properties, including a coloration absorption band in the visible wavelength range, fast kinetics, and high stability during long oxidation/bleaching cycles. These properties are described here, together with the choice of the polarization conditions that ensure the best electrochromic film performance.
