CdTe electrodeposition: Some new data from AC impedance
Résumé
Thin semiconducting layers of polycrystalline cadmium telluride are easily
obtained by electrodeposition from an acidic aqueous solution of CdSO, +
TeO, . This method appears to be suitable for preparing photovoltaic or photo-
electrochemical cells [l--3]. The composition, structure and semiconducting
properties of the layers are very sensitive to the conditions under which they
were formed.
